The stunning device TBG 300 is conform to the VDE regulations and
the EU regulation EG Nr. 1099 dated of 24.09.2009.
The TBG 300 is a constant current stunning device with newly developed, innovative control technology.
The integrated data logger performs a true RMS measurement and records the pivotal parameters (current, voltage, frequency and current flow length) for every stunning procedure
The device consists as following:

- Selector switch to adjust pigs/sheep
- Acoustic and optical signal minimum stunning time of 4 seconds reached
- Acoustic and optical signal minimum stunning time of 4 seconds not reached

- Quick current increase in the first second to 2,0 A
- Selector switch to adjust 3 programs with different current
- Electric high frequency with optimized stunning parameters for high meat quality
- No broken fractures
- Stainless steel stunning tongs with isolated handles, spiral cable and copper electrodes with centre spike for secure contact
- Bracket for stunning tong and transformer for the wall
- Recording of stunning time, current ( A ) voltage (V) frequency ( HZ )
- The software “Inspector” records the data of the stunned pigs / sheep
- With help of the software “Inspector” all data can be analysed in form of a daily/monthly statistic with calendar date, time, and failures ( as a drawing or scale )
