The protection and security of personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we strictly comply with the regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG). Below, we will inform you of what type of data is recorded and for what purpose it is gathered:

  1. Data transfer/data recording

  5. Notice regarding Google Analytics
    This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses so-called ‘cookies’, ie text files which are saved on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information concerning your use of this website which is generated by the cookie (including your IP address) is transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, in order to compile reports concerning the website activities for the website operators and to provide further services connected to the use of the website and the use of the Internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, should this be required by law or should third parties process this data on behalf of Google. In no case will Google combine your IP address with other data of Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by setting your browser software accordingly.   6. Cookies
    On certain pages, we use so-called ‘session cookies’ in order to make the use of our websites easier for you. By means of your use of the website, you are declaring your agreement to the provisions of this notice concerning the protection of personal data.
  8. The web analysis service Matomo is used on our Internet site. Matomo is open source software which analyses the access of the website visitors. The analysis is enabled by means of cookies, which are text files. The cookies collect information concerning your use of our Internet site. These are saved on a server of Matomo in Germany. Your ID address is anonymised first. However, you have the option of preventing cookies being saved on your computer by Matomo. In order to do this, you need to modify the settings in your Internet browser accordingly. This may mean that you cannot fully use all functions of our Internet site.
